Chef Peter Fizz will delight your senses..... Chef Peter Fizz is a graduate of The Culinary Institute and has dedicated several years to the culinary arts. Customer service is our number one priority in the kitchen. We are willing to prepare any menu item with variation if we have the product on hand and the patience of diners. We continue to try to provide the highest quality and consistent product on a daily basis. - Chef Peter Fizz Menus Brookside offers a variety of menus throughout the day. Our menus change often, and there are always specials. Lunch Menu Our lunch menu includes over 10 delicious large salads that you'll barely be able to finish. Along with our Soups Du Jour, we offer a Pasta Du Jour and several other special additions to the menu. There are also many appetizers available including individual pizzas, chicken tenderloins, and baked chili, to mention just a few. Dinner Menu Our regular dinner menu has enough selections to keep any palate satisfied, but nightly, our Chef adds a whole menu's worth of special appetizers and entrees. Stop by and try our sumptuous Maryland Crab Cakes or Jumbo Shrimp stuffed with Crabmeat. Of course, for meat lovers, there is always our delicious Filet Mignon with the Chef's incredible Bearnaise sauce. We will prepare anything you want, as long as we have the ingredients in-house! Lite Menu/Children's Menu For those who may only want a light bite at night, we have our Lite Menu. We don't leave out the young people.
