Practice Facilities
Brookside offers practice facilities for members to work on all areas of their game.
- The driving range includes natural grass areas in season.
- The practice green is groomed to be similar to the course greens so that golfers may practice or warm up and be ready to go.
- The short game area is for practicing chipping, pitching and sand shots.
"Learning to strike the ball is one part of the game, but ask any great golfer the way to lower scores, and they will all tell you it's the short game. That's why we have built our short game practice area. Our facility is not the typical take a 7 iron and chip the ball area. There is a practice bunker, chipping area and pitching range - all at a real green so the player can get a feel of how the ball will react when it reaches the putting surface. Members can even practice their flop shots!"
